- Carefully package your material along with the error report..(Servos are very delicate. Please take care when packing your servo device. Many devices arrive at our factory with shipping damage that either increases the cost of repair or renders the servo non-repairable.)

Field Service
- Service Engineer visit to site
- Analysis the problems
- Information of Service status to you
- With your approval, Service work begins. In case of any spare shortage or replacing any module, we will “Followup”you,
- Finally, Confirmation test done before you.
- Along with Service reports, Bill is surrendered to you.

- Acknowledgement of receipt immediately to you
- FREE EVALUATION of service material
- Information of Estimation charges to you within 3 – 4 days
- After getting approval from you, service starts.
- Analysis of Work
- Quotation for service work sent to you (inclusion of spares)
- After getting Purchase order from you, Work Process – servicing / testing / aligning / repairing / rebuilding begins
- After completion, Safely packed along with Test reports, DC & Invoice.
- Delivery information will be informed.
